The Paragon Bamboo 14 Night Trial

Please read our 14 night trial policy carefully as no exceptions can or will be made.

You are welcome to return your 4 piece bedding set back to us for any reason. Simply let us know via email within 14 days of the date that you placed the order. Depending on the situation we will provide you with a refund or a replacement.

We cannot offer refunds after this 14 day period has passed.

You will have 14 days to return the 4 piece bed set to us. If the item is not returned within this time period, we will assume that you no longer wish to continue with the return and your returns request will be void and you will not be issued with either a refund or a replacement.

Only our 4 piece bedding sets are covered by this 14 Night Trial.

If you wish to return the 4 piece bedding set it MUST be sent to the postal address below and include all of the information required. If any of this information is not included then the refund procedure will not be carried out and your goods will be returned to you.

You will receive a full refund (except for return postal charges) within 10 days of us receiving the item. Refunds will only be made using the same system that you used to pay for the goods.

Orders sent outside of the United Kingdom

Orders placed with a shipping address outside of the UK are still covered by this 14 Night Trial, however you will be responsible for carriage costs incurred in returning the 4 piece bed set to us. You will be reimbursed for the item purchased only (delivery charges will not be refunded).

Please note:

We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit and will not issue a refund in such circumstances. You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. Before purchasing any products from our website, please double check that the sizes of the goods are correct.

Other forms of damage and misuse that could exclude your 4 piece bed set from our 14 Night Trial include, but are not limited to, the following: stains, smoke and/or water damage, burns, odours, tears, rips, contamination from liquids including bodily fluids.

To be eligible for return, goods must still be in a reasonable condition (no non-factory damages, stains, marks, or any unpleasant odours of any kind).

If you buy your Paragon Bamboo products from somewhere else other than our website, your products will not qualify for the 14 Night Trial period.

14 Night Trial Validity

Our free trial period starts on the day you purchase a new Paragon Bamboo Ltd 4 piece bed set which is covered by the 14 Night Trial offer. Unless certain conditions (specified below) exclude your purchase from this rule, this is how the 14 Night Trial period works.

Proof of Purchase

We ask that customers hold on to their original proof of purchase – the original invoice. You’ll need to present this invoice whenever you want to make a claim under the terms of the Paragon Bamboo Ltd 14 Night Trial offer.

Unauthorised Returns

Unless you follow the proper return process described, your return will be unauthorised, and no refunds or exchanges will be entertained. Ensure that you follow the proper procedure regarding return authorisation. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any loss and shipping fees attached to your unauthorised return.
When you first receive your Paragon Bamboo 4 piece bed set, we would advise that you store the packaging in a safe, dry location while you are trying your 14 Night Trial.

Returning products and packaging

Upon returning your Paragon Bamboo 4 piece bed set, we ask that it is stored in its original packaging with no damage. Your returns claim may be denied if the packaging has clear signs of damage or graffiti. We ask that the item is sent in some form of postage bag, to prevent any damage to the item whilst in transit.
