Shipping Information

Standard 24hr-48hr shipping charge £6.00. Free Shipping on orders over £50.00, only to UK mainland postcodes, certain postcodes are excluded from this but the checkout process will calculate it for you.

We aim to dispatch all orders the same day (Monday to Friday) if received before 1.30pm (GMT)

UK Mainland orders are sent on a next working day delivery service with DHL but please note that we are not responsible for any delays that they encounter.

International Shipping

We ship to the UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Ireland and many countries in Europe and further afield including the USA, UAE, Canada and Australia.

Duty & Taxes Paid on EU orders


For customers ordering from EU countries (excluding Portugal) we have made the delivery process a whole lot simpler by offering a Duty & Taxes Paid service, so there will be no additional and unexpected customs or duty charges when your goods are delivered by DHL Express.

All orders being delivered to addresses outside of the UK mainland will be sent via DHL Express service. If you have any questions or problems with your delivery, please visit their web site. They will keep you updated with time and date of your delivery via text or email, this is why this information is essential when ordering. Your tracking details will be on the confirmation email or text that you receive from the courier.

 Returns Policy

All items which have been used or worn cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons. However, suppose the product you wish to return is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it left us. In that case, we will assess it on receipt, and we will issue a refund.

You have 30 days from delivery receipt to return your items, to be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable from your original order.

We must be informed either by phone or email if you are intending to return any goods otherwise they may be misplaced. Please make sure to include your order information with the goods.

Any goods returned must be done so at your own cost.

Please note that any exchanges requested will occur a £3.95 carriage fee to send the exchange item out.

If an item develops a fault after use, please note that you have 30 days from delivery to report the fault to us so that we can look at resolving the issue.

Orders that contain promotional items (free gifts), if items from the order are returned that then makes the order total fall under the promotional item price threshold, the free item cost will be deducted from the refund unless also returned unused.

If a product is faulty when received, please send a photo of the defective item and contact us before using it. We will then decide on the action to be taken. For example, we may request the item be returned to us. If the item is not faulty or defective when it is returned to us, then you may be liable to cover the cost of re-delivering to you. If we find that the item is faulty within 30 days of delivery, then we will replace it.

Bamboo is a natural product, and due to this fact, there may sometimes be a slight difference in sizes, but no more than +/- 5%, therefore not enough to create any significant problems or concerns.
