All items which have been used or worn cannot be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons. However, suppose the product you wish to return is unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it left us. In that case, we will assess it on receipt, and if it meets our criteria, we will issue a refund.
You have 30 days from delivery receipt to return your items, to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable from your original order unless an item is faulty.
We must be informed either by phone or email if you are intending to return any goods otherwise they may be misplaced.
Any goods returned must be done so at your own cost.

Please note that any exchanges requested will occur a £6 carriage fee to send the exchange item out.
If an item develops a fault after use, please note that you have 30 days from delivery to report the fault to us so that we can look at resolving the issue.
If a product is faulty when received, please send a photo of the defective item and contact us before using it. We will then decide on the action to be taken. For example, we may request the item be returned to us. If the item is not faulty or defective when it is returned to us, then you may be liable to cover the cost of re-delivering to you. If we find that the item is faulty within 30 days of delivery, then we will replace it.
Bamboo is a natural product, and due to this fact, there may sometimes be a slight difference in sizes, but no more than +/- 5%, therefore not enough to create any significant problems or concerns.
