Normal Shipping Information

All orders received before 2:00pm (GMT) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

UK Mainland orders are sent on a next working day delivery service with Parcelforce but please note that we are not responsible for any delays that they encounter.

Orders over £50 are shipped free only to mainland UK postcodes, certain postcodes are excluded from this but the checkout process will calculate it for you.

We ship to the UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Ireland and many countries in Europe and further afield including the USA, Canada and Australia.

New! Duty & Taxes Paid on EU orders

For customers ordering from EU countries we have made the delivery process a whole lot simpler by offering a Duty & Taxes Paid service, so there will be no additional and unexpected customs or duty charges when your goods are delivered by DHL.

All orders being delivered to addresses outside of the UK mainland will be sent via DHL’s ‘Go Green Climate Neutral Service’. If you have any questions or problems with your delivery, please visit their web site. They will keep you updated with time and date of your delivery via text or email, this is why this information is essential when ordering. Your tracking details will be on the confirmation email or text that you receive from the courier.
