All bedding items including sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow cases, mattress enhancers, duvet covers and towels, flannels or robes cannot be accepted for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons if they have been used or worn. If the product you wish to return is unused, unworn, unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition that it left us then we will assess it on receipt and if it meets our strict criteria then we will issue a refund.

Any goods returned must be done so at your own cost.

If an item develops a fault after use please note that you have 30 days from delivery to report the fault to us so that we can look at resolving the issue.

If a product is faulty when received then please send a photo of the defective item and contact us before using it. We will then decide on the action to be taken. We may request the item is returned to us. If the item is not faulty or defective when it is returned to us then you may be liable to cover the cost of re-delivering to you. If we find that the item is faulty within 30 days of delivery then we will replace it.

Bamboo is a natural product, and due to this fact there may sometimes be a slight difference in sizes, but no more than +/- 5% therefore not enough to create any major problems or concerns.
