This new bamboo pillow design produces a soft, comfortable, naturally plump pillow that keeps its shape and feels great. It also offers all the regular natural health benefits that bamboo fibre gives.

Bamboo fibres are naturally hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and moisture-wicking, which makes them a good choice for people with allergies or sensitive skin. The fibres are also incredibly soft and smooth, providing a luxurious and comfortable sleeping surface. In addition, bamboo is a highly renewable and sustainable material, which makes it an environmentally friendly choice for those who are conscious of their ecological footprint.

Do bamboo pillows keep you cool?

One of the most appealing aspects of our bamboo pillows is their ability to keep you cool while you sleep, making them an ideal choice for those who tend to sweat or experience discomfort during the night.
Our pillows are designed to provide extra ventilation and breathability, ensuring that air flows freely through the pillow to regulate your body temperature. This allows you to stay cool throughout the night, even on the warmest nights of the year. The naturally breathable properties of bamboo make it an ideal material for making pillows that keep you cool and comfortable all night long.

But what makes our pillows so impressive when it comes to keeping you cool is the fact that they also wick away sweat and moisture. The organic bamboo fibre used in our pillows is designed to absorb moisture, which is then released into the air through evaporation. This not only keeps you feeling dry and comfortable, but it also helps to prevent odour and bacteria buildup that can lead to additional discomfort.

It's important to note that not all bamboo pillows are created equal, and it's important to choose a high-quality pillow if you want to enjoy the highest level of comfort and breathability. Our pillows are made from organic 100% bamboo, as this is the most natural. So if you're looking for a pillow that will help keep you cool and comfortable every night, consider our bamboo pillow. With their naturally breathable and moisture-wicking properties, our pillows are an ideal choice for anyone who wants to get a good night's sleep without the discomfort of overheating.

Our bamboo

All bamboo we use in our fabrics is naturally and organically grown without pesticides and fertilisers and is produced to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. This is an independent testing and certification system for textile raw materials, intermediates, and finished products at all production stages.

We adore bamboo because it is naturally more breathable and three times more absorbent than cotton. Furthermore, it is antibacterial, antimicrobial, and hypoallergenic. This means it won't grow harmful micro-organisms and will repel dust mites and bedbugs, which benefits you.

Eco-friendly & sustainability

The bamboo fabric used in all our products and the filling of our duvets, mattress protectors and pillow are fully biodegradable and can be composted at the end of their life.

Our products are made from 100% bamboo, organically grown and fed by natural rainfall. During the growth of this bamboo, no fertiliser, pesticides or herbicides are used.

Are bamboo pillows good?

Our bamboo pillows have been becoming increasingly popular as a choice for a good night's sleep, and for good reason. They offer a comfortable and supportive sleep experience that doesn't compromise on quality over time. The high-quality bamboo material provides a unique softness that is hard to achieve with other pillow materials. What's more, bamboo is easy to maintain and safe, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a premium pillow. Pairing it with our pillow covers also helps reduce allergens and dust, allowing you to sleep deeper and wake up feeling more rested.

With our bamboo pillows, you can ensure a happy and restful sleep experience that is luxurious and comfortable. So, if you're in the market for a new pillow that will provide good quality and comfort for a long time, consider investing in our bamboo pillow today.

Duvet covers, sheets & pillowcases

Use a non-biological detergent that does not contain optical brighteners, bleaching agents or enzymes.

  • Do not use fabric conditioner. There is no need and it can reduce the breathability and absorbency.
  • Cold or cool wash on a gentle cycle.
  • Close duvet cover zips before washing.
  • If washed at high temperatures shrinkage will occur.
  • With modern detergents there is no need to wash at high temperatures, and cool washing saves energy, and money.
  • Do not soak.
  • Do not use bleach – it is harmful to the environment too.
  • Line dry.
  • Can be tumble dried or ironed but only on a cool setting.
  • If excessive heat during washing or tumble drying is used excessive ‘pilling’ may occur.
  • Bamboo, being a 100% natural product, is extremely absorbent and wicks away up to 40% more moisture than cotton does from the skin, therefore it will absorb any face creams or hair products etc. which may result in temporary discolouration which should go when washed. Washing at a higher temperature, with the help of a stain remover is recommended in this case.

What Is Fabric Pilling?

Fabric pilling is the term for loose strands or balls of fibre that form on a piece of fabric. You’ve probably noticed these little bits of fabric on pillows, rugs, and furniture in your home.

Pilling is a common occurrence in most households. It’s not a fabric defect or fault from the manufacturer.

What Causes Fabric Pilling?

When fabric fibres become loose, they move around when we sit or brush up against them. The friction from people rubbing up against the fabric causes loose fibres to twist together into small balls.

Your washing machine also causes friction. This is why you’ll see fabric pills on towels, t-shirts, and sweaters as well as your bedding.

Pilling is completely normal and will go away once the excess loose fibres are gone. It doesn’t affect the durability or functionality of the fabric.
