Standard 24hr-48hr shipping charge £3.95. Free Shipping on orders over £50.00, only to UK mainland postcodes, certain postcodes are excluded from this but the checkout process will calculate it for you.

UK Mainland orders are sent on a 48 hour delivery service with Royal Mail/Parcelforce but please note that we are not responsible for any delays that they encounter.

If you have a question about the sizes of any of our products then please contact us. Our office hours are 9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3pm on Fridays. We are closed at weekends and on Bank Holidays. You can also contact us by email or through Facebook messenger.
Bamboo is a natural product, and due to this fact there may sometimes be a slight difference in sizes, but no more than +/- 5% therefore not enough to create any major problems or concerns.
