No bedding items including sheets, duvets, pillows, pillow cases, mattress enhancers and duvet covers or robes and towels can be accepted for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons. If the product you wish to return or exchange is unopened, in its original packaging and in the same condition that it left us then it needs to be returned to us at your expense and on receipt we will assess it.
Any goods returned must be done so at your own cost.
If a product is faulty then please send a photo of the defective item. We will then decide on the action to be taken. We may request the item is returned to us. If the item is not faulty or defective when it is returned to us then you may be liable to cover the cost of redelivery to you.
